Wade Welsh, VP of Human Performance

Wade Welsh is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist and Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. He has spent the past decade in the Lowcountry helping patients achieve lasting results through personalized, one-on-one physical therapy. At Symbios Physical Therapy, Wade provides specialized care for acute injuries, pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic condition management.

Robin Fanizzi, DPT, CLT

Robin Fanizzi, Director of Physical Therapy

Robin Fanizzi is a seasoned physical therapist with over 30 years of experience, specializing in outpatient orthopedics and lymphedema therapy. She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Stockton University and is a certified lymphedema therapist in the Vodder technique by the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. Robin is committed to improving her patients’ quality of life and celebrating their progress.

Sara Mintz, MSPT-CLT, Physical Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist

Sara Mintz, MSPT-CLT, is a physical therapist with further education and experience as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, CLT. She has a passion for improving quality of life and loves working with patients of all ages from birth to geriatrics. Her current focus at Symbios Physio Therapy is with cancer rehabilitation, balance and functional training, and lymphedema management.

Rachel Mullen PT

Rachel Mullen, PT, Physical Therapist

Rachel Mullen, PT is a licensed physical therapist with over 20 plus years of experience in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. Rachel specializes in Parkinson’s, orthopedic, balance, post-stroke, and osteoporosis. She is certified in the Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery (PWR! Moves) program. Her practice integrates manual therapy and evidence-based techniques to support long-term physical independence and quality of life. Rachel is a wellness and nutrition coach, reflecting her holistic approach to patient care.

John Lippett, DPT

John Lippitt, Physical Therapist

John Lippitt has been a physical therapist since graduating from University of Vermont in 2019 with his doctorate in Physical Therapy. John has completed a residency program specializing in orthopedic conditions. John enjoys working with patients who have orthopedic injuries utilizing his fitness background, manual therapy, and dry needling to help patients reach their goals and get out of pain as soon as possible. He is also LSVT BIG certified and enjoys working with patients with Parkinson’s Disease.

Stephanie Driscoll, Physical Therapy Assistant

Stephanie Driscoll enjoys working in our outpatient orthopedic setting and pelvic floor physical therapy. Stephanie has been in the health and wellness field since 2014 working as a licensed physical therapist assistant and as a yoga instructor. She graduated from Greenville Technical College in South Carolina.

Nicole Myers, Physical Therapist Assistant and Certified Lymphedema Therapist

Nicole Myers enjoys treating a wide variety of patients and specializes in oncology rehabilitation, lymphedema therapy, and pelvic floor physical therapy. After graduating from Technical College of the Lowcountry as a Physical Therapist Assistant, she pursued advanced training from the Academy of Lymphatic Studies and specializes in the Vodder technique of manual lymphatic drainage. Nicole has extensive experience in helping patients with lymphedema learn not only to manage their condition but to build a better quality of life. Additionally, she is passionate about oncology rehabilitation, which addresses the physical impairments and side effects caused by cancer and treatments.
